Happy Tuesday all my beautiful babes! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! I’m still dreaming about mine. Wishing I was in this gorgeous adult Disneyland we call Napa, California. After THE LONGEST work week ever, it was a perfect weekend spent laughing and catching up with my girls. It was great to enjoy the beautiful weather, relax and drink maybe one too many grapes… if you know what I mean. If you’re ever in the Napa area and looking for some great recommendations, I would definitely check out this article by Food & Wine on the ‘Best Napa Valley Wineries to Visit.’
I feel like fall is that awkward season when shorts and a top are no longer appropriate, but it’s also still 85 degrees out (in CA) so jeans and a jacket won’t cut it either. Jumpsuits are a perfect transition piece, and not to mention totally comfortable making them a no brainer. They are perfect for a hot afternoon, and can be easily transitioned to a cooler evening by just throwing a light jacket on.
This last weekend, I chose a bright, blue-hued snake print jumpsuit from Foi Clothing. The alternating blue and turquoise vertical stripes mixed with the faint snakeskin pattern made this a MUST HAVE. I’m also obsessed with anything that shows a little back and loved how this one tied in a bow. I paired it with a kick ass pair of black platforms from Free People and a fringe bag from Nordstrom (that is also a total $teal).
As always, I’ve linked all items at the bottom of this post. Thanks again for stopping by my style diary! It truly means the world. I love you all! ((xoxo))
STOP (Style Tip Of the Post):
If you are of petite build, pick a jumpsuit that cinches at the waist. If it doesn’t, make sure to add a fun belt! It gives you more of a shape and elongates your legs.
